Looking back on 2025, we at Run Amuck are so grateful for the opportunities and the support we received through our growing community!
We had a total of 5 shows this year: 3 Cabarets, 1 Fundraiser, and 1 Family show.
We completed another In School program “Run Amuck with Shakespeare” with 6th graders earning knowledge and appreciation for the Bard!
And we were hired for our first professional event, providing atmosphere as well as entertainment!
We’re fondly taking out finale bow for 2025, and excited for what new ways we can run amuck in 2026!

We’re back tomorrow for one final trial against the children of Fairytale Land! Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the show last Saturday. HOWEVER, we will redeem those tickets for tomorrow’s show if you can come!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances today’s performance of Law and Order:FTU is canceled. If you bought a ticket for today’s performance, those tickets will be honored next weekend. If you are unable to make it next weekend, please reach out to us in regards to getting a refund.

Now that the show’s open, we can give a huge SHOUTOUT to the artists you heard and saw in the show but who weren’t physically on stage. Clay Newman provided the voice of the Judge, the FTU stylized intro, and the Big Bad Wolf! Selah Myers wore an adorable bear onesie and provided footage for the Baby Bear interview. And we wouldn’t have a show without Run Amuck Co-Owner, Hadiyyah Smith! Hadiyyah not only played Ginny Tess in the “zoom meeting,” but she wrote LAW & ORDER FAIRYTALE UNIT. Our show wouldn’t be what it is without the skills of these three talented artists and we want to give them the thanks they deserve!

SHOUTOUT today goes to Guest Artist Luke Villanueva who is Starring in LAW & ORDER FTU as Oliver!
Luke (he/him) is excited to be playing little Oliver with Run Amuck Entertainment! Luke primarily moved to Los Angeles in 2022 to study Data Theory at UCLA. Previously performing in northern California, some of his favorite roles include Donkey in Shrek the Musical (2020 Elly Award winner), Jack Kelly in Newsies (2019 Elly Award nominated), and Jean Valjean in Les Misérables School Edition (2018 Elly Award nominated). His other experiences include singing with Folsom High School’s Jazz Choir, years of jazz and tap dance at EDMT, vocal training and teaching at VoiceWire, and performing at weddings and special events. Outside of theater, Luke enjoys playing guitar and piano. He thanks Alariza and Haddiyah for the opportunity, and, of course, Jayla for her never-ending support!

SHOUTOUT today goes to Guest Artist James Lambert-Solano who is Starring in LAW & ORDER FTU as Jack…!
James (he/him) is thrilled to be joining Run Amuck Entertainment on-stage again for the third time! James is an independent documentary filmmaker with a BA in Creative Non-Fiction from CSULB, where he produced his first film, Checking INN. Prior to focusing on filmmaking, James spent many years on stage on the East Coast touring with Kaleidoscope Theater’s productions of ‘Bully’ & ‘I’m Special, You’re Special’. James was also seen performing as a featured dancer at King Richard’s Faire. His previous credits include Mercedes (La Cage Aux Folles), Tyrone Jackson (Fame), Zoser (Aida), Lewis (Pippin), The Fox (Pinocchio), Chad (High School Musical), James Vane (Picture of Dorian Gray), and Meanie Jim/Granpad (Junie B. SHOUTOUT today goes to Guest Artist Jayla Bryant who is Starring in LAW & ORDER FTU as Goldilocks…!
Jayla (she/her) is thrilled to be back at Brightstar performing with Run Amuck again! As a theatre student and music student of many years, she has appeared in RENT as Mimi, Joanne Understudy and featured ensemble, Into The Woods as the Witch, Eugenie in the original Musical Camille, Asaka and Mama Euralie in Once On This Island, and ensemble in Addams Family! She also was a part of the featured youth choir that performed in New York at Carnegie Hall in 2018! She hopes that her future in acting is just as bright as the spotlights that shine in her and her cast members daily! She is so excited to be a part of such a wonderful and loving cast and cannot wait to share the spectacle we’ve created with all of you!

SHOUTOUT today goes to Co-Founder Alariza Nevárez is Starring in LAW & ORDER FTU as Jackie McGrýla, the District Attorney of Fairytale Land.
Alariza (she/her) is so excited to point her finger and nose at the naughty children on the witness stand! Law & Order has been one of her favorite shows since she was a kid, so helping bring this show to life has been a thrill! Not only is she in the show, but this time Alariza co-directed it and provided the lyrics for all the songs as well! For the past year, you may have seen her performing at in Run Amuck’s Speakeasy shows. Outside of Run Amuck, Alariza is the Assistant Director of and can be found singing and dancing with the troupe . In her spare time, somehow, she’s also planning a wedding!

Next weekend starts the trial of three naughty children vs. the DA of Fairytale Land! You, the audience, are the jury! Come decide the fate of the Boy Who Cried Wolf, Jack, and Goldilocks!
The trial begins on August 30th and the next 2 Saturdays at 2pm
