A couple of years ago I was over 300 pounds, my A1c registered at a 14 and my blood sugar was close to 500. I was told that I was borderline coma and needed to go to an emergency room immediately. Instead, I decided I was going to fix this on my own due to that I didn’t have any insurance. I decided I need to get moving. I needed to become “mobile“. My name while I was working in the schools for the last 30 yearswas “Mr. M“ so I combined the two to “Mr. mobile“.

A friend of mine owns a T-shirt company. I gave him my designs and he made these for me. These shirts can be available for you if you’re interested? Maybe they can act as a reminder for you to keep moving forward and to not give up.
