We’re proud to announce that CBG-Pegasus JV has been awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Cincinnati Operations & Maintenance contract.

Under this multi-year award, our Joint Venture will provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, and repair services across EPA’s Cincinnati facilities, including critical mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life safety, and infrastructure systems in support of mission-driven research environments.

We are proud to announce that CBG has been awarded the prestigious GSA Central Heating Plant maintenance contract in Washington, D.C. This critical project encompasses the maintenance of vital federal infrastructure, including iconic buildings such as the White House, the Federal Triangle Offices, and numerous government facilities along the National Mall.

With a contract value of $15.6 million, the project is set to begin in November 2024. We are honored to contribute to the operation and upkeep of these essential government institutions.

We are thrilled to announce that CBG has been awarded a significant contract with GSA for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in the El Paso, TX area. This contract encompasses the management of three Courthouses and nine Land Port of Entry (LPOE) facilities.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our team at CBG. We have consistently strived to deliver exceptional services and maintain the highest standards in facility management.

The three Courthouses and nine Land Port of Entry facilities are vital components of the El Paso area's infrastructure. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our legal system and facilitating the movement of goods and people across our borders.
