🎨Creative Pouring for Families: Families of all Ages

Join this family fun workshop. Registration covers 1 parent and 1 child, additional children will get an automatic 60% off. Similar to Evening Bliss, families will get their own two 6x6 canvases and have the option to do a collaborative 11x14 canvas, or everyone can do their own 11x14 canvas.

🎨Plaster “Succulent” Planter Workshop: For All Ages

📆Sunday, May 10th, 2026 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Join this new workshop where you make your own plaster planter for a succulent. Learn how to mix plaster and pour into a mold. Dip the planters into paint to give them a fun color. Dirt and stones will be added. The Teaching Artist will bring “Hens and Chicks” succulents for participants to go home with.

So Ready for this Festival!!!!!! And excited it is in Maryland this year. Loved Delaware, but nice to be on my stomping grounds! Super excited I’m jumping out of my seat and am counting the days for the Festival. I’m ready to be free and mystical!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello! I am teaching a Cherry Blossom Ceramic Platter class at Create Arts Center (a non-profit for Art Education and Art Therapy) in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland tomorrow for Cherry Blossom Season.

Yes it is a bit early, but I figured you would have your Cherry Blossom pieces ready for the beginning of the Cherry Blossom Festival!!!!

The class starts tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm to build the platter. We will meet the following Wednesday, March18th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm to glaze your artwork!

Meet Romula Hawthorne! Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Master, Aromatherapist, Artist, and founder of Sacred Willow Reiki Healing, LLC.

We weren't even sure where to begin when talking about the incredibleness that is Romula. The STRŌB co-owners have known and worked alongside Romula for over a decade; teaching her, learning from her, and building a friendship rooted in deep love and mutual respect. Romula is interwoven into the fabric of STRŌB, and it is the biggest honor to spotlight her. 🖤

A Maryland native inspired by her diverse heritage and travels, Romula blends traditional healing practices with modern understanding. She uses Reiki, crystal healing, and essential oils to create personalized paths to wellness for her clients, including Reiki healing for both humans and animals. She believes Earth's natural elements help restore balance and well-being, and her compassionate, intuitive guidance helps clients release negative energy and reconnect with themselves.

Been awhile, but I have so much to share! Pit Fires are one of the boring methods for ceramic artists. I’d never done one till that day and they trusted me to tend the fire. And I burned some arm hairs lol. My life!
