One song a day

Welcome to day 2252 of the Daily Antidote of Song, today we're singing with Lala Simpson, who joins us from New Zealand! Lala taught us her song "Mangina Zoly," and the accompanying movements, it was such a fun song to learn. Then she and our Host, Kathy White Bullock spoke about the culture of Madagascar, the unity we find in grief, and the significance of each hand movement. We really enjoyed singing with everyone, please tune in tomorrow for more music and learning!

Welcome to day 2251 of singing on the Daily Antidote of Song! We're so excited to be joined by Elsie Eastman out of Chicago, who brought us an original song called "Fall in Love with Strangers." We first learned this with Elsie almost a year ago, and it was a pleasure to revisit such a stellar piece of music. Then Elsie told our Host, Shruthi Veena Vishwanath about this song's significance as a Pride anthem. As we go about our day we hope to remember what Elsie said, "If you open your heart to other people [..] it's a much more beautiful life." Thank you for singing with us!

On day 2249 of the Daily Antidote of Song and we're joined today by song Leader Tim Eriksen () who taught us the first song off his brand-new album, called "Jolly Tinker," which was such a joy to learn. After we sung, Tim told the absolutely fascinating true story behind the album's title. We had such a wonderful time singing along with him, and we're so glad that all of you could be with us to share some time together.

Hello and welcome back to the Daily Antidote of Song, we're so glad you're here to sing! Today's song Leader joins us out of Wales, it's Molara! She brought us her song, "Just To Be," which had so many beautiful layers, it sounded wonderful when they all blended together. Then Molara discussed the origins of this song as an anthem for grounding and change. Thank you so much to all of you for singing with us for 2248 days!
