EARLY BIRD TICKET SALES END TUESDAY AT MIDNIGHT! 🎬

Don't miss McCoy's 3rd Annual Vintage and Antique China Luncheon and Silent Auction.

Inside the historic Bachman-McCoy House, you'll find 16 movie-themed tablescapes decorated with antique and vintage china by local designers, all available for silent bids. Mimosas will be served.

Later, gourmet boxed lunches will be served in the pavilion where Nick Wilkinson of the Tivoli Theatre Foundation will be our speaker.

Golf cart service will be available from the parking lot.

It’s part fundraiser, part luncheon, part silent auction—and a whole lot of fun.

Early Bird tickets are now on sale for McCoy’s third decorated table settings and antique and vintage china event, "Lunch & a Matinee." Now through September 1, tickets are $50. Beginning on September 2, tickets will be $60 each.

In the historic Bachman-McCoy House, sip on a mimosa and enjoy 16 gorgeously arranged tablescapes, each set with a different movie theme and all available for bid in the silent auction, plus many more antique and vintage china and crystal items for bid.

Afterward, we’ll gather in the Pavilion for a gourmet boxed lunch and a program featuring Nick Wilkinson, CEO of the Tivoli Theater Foundation.

There will be plenty of parking in the Horse Ring parking lot with golf cart service to and from the event.

Interested in birding but not sure where to begin? If so, please join us on Saturday, August 29, at 8:30 am, for Birding 101, an introductory class taught by the Chattanooga chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society (CTOS).
They’ll share the foundational skills you’ll need to observe and identify birds, including how best to use binoculars, field guides, smartphone apps, and your eyes and ears. The class will include a short walk around McCoy Farm & Gardens to put to use what you’ve learned. If you have them, bring a field guide (Sibley, Peterson, e.g.), binoculars, and a smartphone; otherwise, we’ll have binoculars and guides for your use.
Workshop cost is $10 per person, and space is limited. Children are welcome to participate with a family member. A family ticket for one adult and one child is $15. Ticket link in bio.

The Bachman-McCoy House will be open this Sunday, August 9, from 2-4pm and docents will be on hand to give tours and answer all your questions about the history of McCoy.

The McCoy gardens need your help! We’re excited to introduce a new Evening Gardens Group created especially for those who prefer to dig in after the workday ends. In August, the group will meet on Wednesday, August 5, and Wednesday, August 19, at 5:30pm-7:00pm. The Daytime Gardens Group will meet Friday, August 14, and Saturday, August 29, at 9:00-11:00am.

All McCoy gardens are maintained by volunteers, and joining the team is a rewarding way to learn more about native plants and gardening in general while supporting McCoy. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started, there’s a place for you. For more information about the daytime or evening groups, contact [email protected].
