Thereā€™s a side of me many of you donā€™t see very often. By day, I am an aerospace engineer. āœˆļø

For decades, I have worked in a world dominated by masculine energyā€¦ Precision, analysis, structure, problem-solving. The world were more than 80% of the people around me have been men.

And I love this part of myself.

But looking back, I can see that somewhere along the way, another part of me was yearning for balance.

Yearning for flow.
For play.
For curves and sensuality.
For the feminine.

I didnā€™t know any of that 16 years ago when I found myself walking into my first pole class. I only knew that something dormant inside me suddenly LIT UP! šŸ”„

ā€¦ what began as movement became an awakening!

I discovered a different kind of intelligence I had spent much of my life barely knowing. The intelligence of my body. The part of me that breathes, curves, desires, feels, plays, receives, chooses, softens, roarsā€¦ And knows. šŸ’«

Feminine embodiment never asked me to give up the aerospace engineerā€¦ Rather it EXPANDED HER. šŸ’“

MEET HERE EXACTLY WHERE SHE IS ā¤ļø Some days your ā‚¬rotic body arrives ready to play. She wants to roll her sexy sassy hips, toss her messy hair, feel her soft round curves and take up delicious amounts of space.

And some days... she doesnā€™t.

She may arrive quiet. Tender. Distracted. Tired. Awkward. Restless. Resistant.

Maybe she wants to move slowly. Maybe she wants to laugh loudly. Maybe she wants to stomp her feet into the earth. Maybe she wants to lie on the floor and feel absolutely nothing for a while.

What if none of those versions of her needs to be fixed?

There doesnā€™t have to be a problem to solve before you can enter your feminine body.

You donā€™t have to manufacture sensuality.
You donā€™t have to perform pleasure.
You donā€™t have to arrive already feeling sexy.

You can simply meet her.

There doesnā€™t have to be a problem to fix.
Nothing has to be wrong.
Something can have served us beautifully - and still be ready to end.

Releasing does not diminish the experience, the relationship, or the delicious woman we were while living it. We can honor what shaped us, gather the wisdom our feminine bodies want to keep, and let the rest slip softly from our beautiful skin.

As we breathe, circle, undulate, tease, reach, retreat, and dance, we begin to feel the subtle difference between what still sparks something juicy inside us and what we may be holding simply because it is familiar.

Wild Radiant Women ā¤ļø We have taken our first step into The Sacred Rebel - and I am offering the opening class again live for anyone who is curious about joining us.

Class 1: THE ROOT
Monday, September 7 | Labor Day
9:00-11:00AM Pacific | Online

In this foundational class, we will explore safety, belonging and embodied presence while beginning to sense what is me, what is not me and the edges of our energetic space.

You may experience this opening class on its own for $97. If your body gives you a full-bodied yes to continuing, that investment can be applied to the complete eight-week journey.

Our second class is Saturday, September 12, when we enter the Sacral and explore desire and flow.

A glimpse behind my new offering, THE SACRED REBEL ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

After seven extraordinary days at the final immersion of my Sensual Alchemy teacher training, I am so excited to bring this fully sparked aliveness within me home, and share it with you - in our classes, in our dances, and in everything that is now asking to be born through Feminine Awakening.

At the heart of this new aliveness is The Sacred Rebel: An Erotic Sovereignty Journey.

There had been sparks and insights gathering throughout this year of training- glimpses of something that wanted to come through me - but it was during my final presentation that I felt the offering truly take breath.

Soon after I began, I looked away from my notes and lost my place.

I felt energy open up inside me, and I stopped trying to remember exactly what I had planned to say and allowed my feminine body to speak.

My sensual body spoke about how erotic energy can awaken the aliveness and wisdom within us as we swirl our feminine curves. She spoke of the body as a crucible - a sacred vessel where awakened energies can meet, mingle, and transform us, revealing a more authentic version of who we are every time we dance.

As she spoke, I felt something in me come together: a wild, radiant alchemy of S Factor, Sensual Alchemy, and the wisdom I feel called to teach.

It was no longer simply a presentation. It was a transmission.

And in that moment, I could feel the Sacred Rebel taking her place, not as a rejection of everything that came before, but as the living expression of everything I have learned, embodied, distilled, and made my own.

I am deeply proud to graduate alongside sixteen extraordinary women. We ended the year much as we began it - awed by one anotherā€™s gifts and cheering as each womanā€™s revealed her unique teaching voice.

I cannot wait to step back into our shared spaces and let you feel what is newly alive in me!

My invitation to you is to come and experience Class One of the Sacred Rebel Series on Saturday, August 29th, 11 am (PDT).

I am offering class one as a stand-alone online experience. This is an opportunity to sample this new offering- to listen to the intelligence of your body through breath, sensation, sound, movement, instinct, desire, and pleasure - before deciding whether you would like to continue into the full eight-week journey.

If your body says yes to continuing, the amount you paid for Class One ($97) will be applied toward the price of the complete series.

Iā€™ll be heading off for the fourth and final Immersion of my Sensual Alchemy Teacher Training this weekend, continuing my own journey as a student and stepping into the delicious culmination of this year of study.Ā 

A year of seeding, nurturing, tending to, growingā€¦.
I AM HERE.
A new season beginsā€¦

While Iā€™m there this weekend, Iā€™ll also have the joy of stepping into the teacher role and sharing my work as part of the Sensual Alchemist Showcase!

Which means no classes this weekend ā€¦
