We are adding a new class on Wednesday Nights....
Due to the demand of Musical Theater classes are growing, we have decided to offer an Intro to Musical Theater for students who have not had any experience in theater.

Intro to Musical Theater and Acting

Ages: 5 and older.

Time- 7-8pm

Class Overview & Structure

Group-Building Warm-Ups: We start each session with team-building exercises that break the ice, build trust, and help dancers connect as a collaborative ensemble.

Theater Acting Games: Students jump into fun, energetic drama games like "Freeze Improv," "Emotion Echo," and character-building exercises to learn how to tell a story using only their bodies and facial expressions.

Story-Driven Choreography: Rather than singing, students learn fun routines set to famous, age-appropriate musical tracks, using their new acting skills to bring dynamic characters to life through dance.

Core Benefits

Boosts Confidence & Collaboration: The heavy focus on team-building and acting games helps students shake off nerves, make friends, and feel safe taking creative risks.

Develops Expression: Teaches kids how to project energy, control their stage presence, and communicate complex emotions without relying on words or vocals.

No Audition or Vocal Pressure: Perfect for kids who want the magic of the theater stage without the pressure of singing solo or reading complex script lines.
