Calling all volunteers! 📣

The 22nd Annual Highland Jazz & Blues Festival is on September 19th, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make this year’s festival one to remember! 🎶💙

This FREE community festival brings thousands of music lovers together for a day of incredible live music, and it takes a whole lot of awesome people behind the scenes to make it happen. Whether you’re a longtime festival regular or this is your first time joining us, we’d love to have you on the team!

MUSIC MONDAY! 🎶 We're excited to have the one and only Lady Chops return to the Highland Jazz & Blues Festival for another year!

Elizabeth Vidos, also known as THE Lady Chops, is a talented percussionist whose past work includes performing in the hit Broadway show “STOMP.” Her program titled “Drum Roll Please” is energetic, interactive, and fun for all ages as she incorporates over 15 different instruments including buckets, body percussion, and the Cajun rub board.

We can't wait for her return for the 22nd Annual Highland Jazz and Blues Festival! 🥁🎶

It doesn't feel real! We’re officially 50 days out from 22nd Annual Highland Jazz & Blues Festival! 🎷🎶 It's time to make sure you've marked your calendars because the festival is returning to Columbia Park on September 19th from 10 AM to 6 PM. We CAN'T WAIT to see y'all there!

Important Message for Vendors:

We are aware of the various scams going around social media and Google pretending to be our vendor coordinator. We have reported these and deleted as soon as they show up.

Be aware, all vendor applications and payments exclusively go through our Eventeny system. We will never request payment from a Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Chime, or Zelle. Vendor applications closed July 17th, so there should not be any more requests for applications.

Led by Jennifer Janét, this local band brings exactly what the name promises: infectious rhythms, funky beats, and a sound that will keep you dancing all afternoon! 🎷🎹🎸

We want to say THANK YOU so much to everyone who came to our Jazz, Jams, & Glam Drag Brunch this past Sunday!✨ We were blown away by the turn out and everyone's support for the 22nd Annual Highland Jazz & Blue Festival. We absolutely couldn't have done it without the amazing Drag Queens—Su DeNim, Prada Cayne Mylan, and Robyn Morgues! 🥂✨ We also want to give a special thank you to Shreveport Biscuit Company and Fatty Arbuckles for supplying the delicious brunch and drinks! 🍳 Now we can't wait to see you all sashay away to the festival in September. 🎷🎹

The Snake Doctors are a band known for their gritty, roots-driven blues sound. They bring raw energy and a down-home vibe that goes straight to the heart of Southern music. We can’t wait to have them join us for the 22nd Annual Highland Jazz & Blues Festival! 🎷🎹🐍
