We made it to 5 Years! It all started with three guys who wanted to make incredible films and create quality content for the local community. These past five years, we've worked with unique businesses and collaborated with talented people to help do those great projects we strived to make. We've learned so much and still have much to learn. We want to thank everyone who has supported us and allowed us to become their source for video production and filmmaking.

We're a little over halfway through 2021, but it's nice to look back and remind yourself how you gave yourself a fresh start at the beginning of the year— in life or in business. Working with Function First Physical Therapy in Shreveport-BossierCity on this scoliosis promo video was PLS's first project at the beginning of 2021, and we were grateful to be a small part of this business's fresh start of the year.

The sister of PLS's owner, Brandon Fountain, has struggled with scoliosis. Being able to see these exercises while producing this project has given Brandon a clear perspective on what his little sister has to endure.

We want to catch you guys up! Productive Lens Studio has spent some of the spring and a little bit of summer working on a short film with one of Shreveport's film directors, Dorothy Kristin Hanna, for the Louisiana Film Prize.

In April 2021, the LA Film Prize announced over half of this year's film registrations were set to be directed by women, and PLS is proud to work with a female filmmaker like Dorothy on her project.

We learned sooooo much working with Lubricants & Filters. I dont think we'll be looking at oil the same now that we've met them. They work with a number of organizations and make oil for so many things. Yep, even for that vehicle you love so much outside.
