Steveø was truly remarkable - an individual devoted to encouraging his friends in his community. His passion was truly admirable and he lit up every room with his positive energy. His enthusiasm for volunteering at 516 Soundstage has left a lasting impact, and our hearts are with his family and friends in this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

**8/8/20 TIME CHANGE: 3 PM - 6 PM**

Please RSVP to the upcoming "Soundstage Saturdays" event before 8/8/20 if you are planning to attend.

Volunteers will need to "check in" to the Facebook event to notify a guest volunteer to take his/her/their temperature prior to entering the building.
Volunteers are asked to bring their own face masks but will be provided with one if needed. Every volunteer will receive a ZZ Face Shield provided by Ark-La-Tex 3D Technology (at no cost, this Saturday only!) in an effort to prevent contact and/or possible contamination with COVID-19.

Again, please RSVP if you plan to attend this Saturday, 8/8/20. Entry to 516 Texas Street will be denied if these guidelines have not been met.

If you're able to bring any donatable items for The Oxford House of Women in Shreveport, please have them at the venue before 5:00 PM Saturday, 7/11/20.

Please RSVP to the Soundstage Saturdays Facebook event so that we can have a heads up on how many volunteers to expect each Saturday. We will continue to do our SS Giveaways, but your ticket in is your volunteer registration so if you haven't yet, come down and fill one out!

We encourage everyone to continue to practice responsible social distancing. There is plenty of room at the venue to maintain 6 feet of distance from other volunteers.

We're looking for volunteers who can help with basic cleaning duties, inventory and painting on Saturdays from 1 PM - 7 PM. Training and supplies will be provided but volunteers are welcome to bring items such as large trash bags, antibacterial cleaning liquids, washing rags, etc.

There will be a volunteer registration form and a simple waiver to fill out, so please have a valid ID with you. Volunteers under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian accompany them for the duration of their time volunteering at 516 Soundstage. As we are still in phase 2 of venues reopening, we encourage volunteers to safely distance themselves no less than 6 feet from others with face masks in use.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime volunteer opportunity! We rely on your support and look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you to everyone that added and joined the group- your support is much needed and always appreciated. Reconnecting with 516 Soundstage kids of yesteryear's past has inspired so much love, kindness and sense of community that we all need during such dark times.
