Northwest Ballet Center NWBC is a ballet, jazz, contemporary, and jazz funk dance school in Shoreline, WA! We offer classes for ages 3 through Adults Monday-Sunday.

Studio Owner Sabrina Han has had the honor of leading this beautiful community for the past 4 years and being a part of it for 8. We’ve been honored to watch your dancers grow, dance, and create lasting memories with us. The community we’ve built together means the world, and we will forever cherish the moments we shared.

As the owner of NWBC for the past 4 years (teaching and directing for 8), this studio has always been more than just a business to me. It’s been a place where we’ve all shared countless moments of joy, growth, and community. Watching our dancers and families come together through the love of dance has been a true privilege. I can’t express how much I’ve cherished every class, every recital, and every smile that has passed through our doors.

Not necessarily the recital we expected, but in a way, the recital we needed. Thank you to everyone who came out to our in-studio recital. We know it wasn't easy making last-minute changes due to the power outage. It was great getting to see everyone up close in the studio, and we loved watching all the amazing dances. We have a few more days of classes before our final goodbye on Saturday (11/30) from 12:30 -1:30 pm. Hope to see you there!

We hope you are all staying safe and warm during this crazy power outage. We've been hearing that some families lost power for a night and some are on day 3/4 with no power. With the power outage still being in effect at the LFP Town Center (our location for the Fall Recital), we have sent out some alternative plans. We are sad to announce that after 47 years of dance, Northwest Ballet Center will be officially closing its doors. November 30th, 2024 will be our last day of classes. The full letter will be available for currently enrolled families in the files section of the portal.

Our annual Fall Recital is just 4 weeks away! Classes should be working on their holiday/fall/winter themed dances in preparation for the big day. Be sure to check in with your teachers to get more details!
