To help protect our patrons and prevent ticket fraud and unauthorized resale, the Luhrs Center is introducing delayed ticket delivery for upcoming performances.

What does this mean for you?

You can purchase tickets just as you always have. Your order will be confirmed immediately, but your actual tickets will be delivered by email approximately 48 hours before the performance.

Why the change? Delaying ticket delivery makes it more difficult for fraudulent buyers and unauthorized resellers to obtain and resell tickets purchased with stolen credit cards — helping us protect both our patrons and our performances.

✅ Your order is confirmed at the time of purchase
✅ Your seats are reserved
✅ Your tickets will arrive approximately 48 hours before the show
✅ No additional action is required

We know many of our patrons like having their tickets in hand well before a performance, so we appreciate your understanding as we make this change to help keep ticket purchases secure.

Questions? Our Box Office team is always happy to help.

Thank you for purchasing your tickets directly from the Luhrs Center! 🎭
