It’s MIA Mia Schaikewitz 🖤🖤🖤

After a spinal cord arteriovenous malformation (AVM) left her paralyzed from the waist down as a teenager, Mia Schaikewitz has become an internationally recognized disability advocate, actor, speaker, and creative. She rose to prominence as one of the stars of the Critics Choice Award-winning reality series Push Girls and has appeared on Good Morning America, CNN, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and more. Mia is also a founding company artist of Infinite Flow Dance, where she has helped shape our organization since the very beginning. Today, she continues to champion disability representation and accessibility through the arts, media, and her work as an aspiring American Sign Language interpreter.
