I hope your week is off to a great start.. and if it isn't, maybe this message is for you.

Please.. stop putting people on pedestals.

I see it way too often. Too many looking at this celebrity or that influencer or their parents or their older brother or whoever the f**k and then beating themselves up when they think they can't compare. In reality, everyone is human …. They're amazing, but you’re amazing, too!!

You’re good enough, you’re great at s**t too, you’re wonderful. It’s amazing to have warm feelings towards others, but keep things in balance. I often see people not being kind to themselves but putting others on a mountain .. heck, oftentimes people they don’t even know.

I'm asking you today to stop doing that. Take everyone off the pedestal, and get excited about the person in the mirror. Now go have an amazing week!!
