We have a touring element, a base in n Colorado Springs Co and Los Angeles. Available for wellness conferences, women’s conferences, corporate events. Talent that has recovered from addiction, physical abuse, those living in chronic pain, are dyslexic and more. Bringing recovery and comedy for those in pain to heal.

closed out the night with Disney hilarious jokes. We may never judge baby names again. We had a full house and then some for the event. Thank you to all that came to laugh and spread joy! Fabulous donations from - people will be coming! Sherman Oaks for the pedicured. for the mental health giveaway - pens, wristbands, keychains and their wisdom. for the MC hosting with mental health tips and jokes, for being a shining example of taking out level one comedy classes and doing the work, for being vulnerable in her storytelling sets addressing mental health and trauma and the founder of that donated a goodie bag for the event.
Class enrollment now open for those who wish to try comedy with a safe and encouraging environment. The Pain to Punchlines book is now available on Amazon.

Amy Jaroon is our feature comedian for the Comedy and Wellness show this weekend. Amy participated in our inaugural one on one session comedy class online. She has since performed comedy all@over Los Angeles and will be bringing a special Mental Health Set for our show. Wisdom and the funny!

Mental Health Awareness Month is here! Laughter bro ya us into the present moment and allows the nervous system to move from fight or flight to neutral. A space we often are no longer living in. Being present is being in a space of neutrality. We believe laughter is a higher state of being and support all that bring it, perform it and do it! Happy Mental Health Awareness Month.
