Led a private yoga sculpt class for and friends at and had the best of time introducing Jake’s friends to CLUB MO. 🥳🥳 Curated a special playlist and the vibes and energy was amazing. Shout out to all attendees and I look forward to seeing you at more classes soon. 🙏🏿

Consider the source. There’s a waitlist for a reason at CLUB MO. 🗣️

Beyond the physical appearance, it’s the mental fortitude I’m most proud of. This is years of consistency and commitment to a lifestyle, not a “summer body” because this body good in every season. With each class I teach, my goal is to share my method, my mindset, and every thing I’ve learned thus far through my journey. I’m aware that I’m not for everybody, but the people who I’m for love it here. 🙂‍↔️

So with that being said, see you in class soon. And to my CLUB MO crew, when they ask “why do you go to his classes? Why do you book a month ahead?” Etc… Feel free to send them this post. 😎
