heART project for CLUB MO 💌

I took the time to select the fabrics I wanted and tested the samples before making them available for purchase. Great quality was nonnegotiable and I’m happy with the results accomplished. I can’t wait for you to get your hands on it. 🤲🏿✨

It’s been a million degrees in LA this week and yet Club Mo is still at and over capacity so what does that say about the ppl of the club? 😂😂

Another day, another celebration in Club Mo! 🥳 This time, I got to highlight my guy Blake Foster for completing 💯 Hot 8 Yoga yoga classes and Jessica for 25 classes!! I have a community of hard workers and go getters and it’s a pleasure to celebrate every milestone along the way because they are truly the best. 🙌🏿🙏🏿

The story behind No Ugly Faces is that often times when my students found themselves in a challenging place in class, they would forget to breathe and therefore start making ugly faces lol the phrase came naturally to me and became one of my tools to remind them to breathe. Our breath is a powerful tool when we use it intentionally and my hope is to remind you of that long after you leave the classes. 😌🧘🏿‍♂️🤲🏿
