This year's pageant is Saturday, September 19th. The location of both the pageant and rehearsal are at the Shelby Taylor Exhibit Building.
Rehearsal is Sunday, September 13th. We would like everyone to be present at rehearsal. If you cannot make it, please message us on the fair page to let us know before the 13th.

2:45 - Teeny Miss, Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Petite Miss

BABY KING: 0-2 YEARS OLD
LITTLE KING: 3-6 YEARS OLD
BABY QUEEN: 0-11 MONTHS OLD
FUTURE QUEEN: 1 YEAR OLD
TODDLER QUEEN: 2-3 YEARS OLD
TEENY MISS: 4 YEARS OLD
TINY MISS: 5 YEARS OLD
LITTLE MISS: 6-7 YEARS OLD
PETITE MISS: 8-10 YEARS OLD
PRINCESS: 11-13 YEARS OLD
JR. MISS: 14-17 YEARS OLD
MISS: 18-23 YEARS OLD
MS. AND MRS: 24 AND UP
Directors reserve the right to modify age groups. All changes will be made before rehearsal.
A schedule for the day of the pageant will be given out at rehearsal.

RULES:
1. Contestants (ages 0-13) must be a legal resident of Arkansas and must compete for their age division on the day of the pageant.
2. Contestants ages 14 and up must be legal residents of Grant County.
4. Contestants are required to be on time for check-in and the pageant. We will start on time for all age groups to allow a smooth and time-efficient pageant. Arrival times will be given out on the day of rehearsals.
5. ATTIRE and DRESSING ROOMS: All youth contestants will compete in pageant dress (long or short) only. There is a limited amount of space in the dressing room so please come stage-ready with hair and makeup. Once you have changed into your pageant dress, please do not hang out in the dressing room! No more than one FEMALE guest is allowed in the dressing room with the contestant. If a father is chaperoning his daughter, they must use the restroom to change into attire.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE:
Baby, Future, Toddler, Teeny, and Tiny - Short Formal Dress & shoes
Little Miss- Optional short or long formal
Petite Miss- floor length formal
Princess: floor length formal
Jr Miss- interview wear, active wear, and floor length gown
Miss –interview wear, active wear, and floor length gown
Ms. and Mrs. – interview wear and floor length gown
6. Because of stage lighting, makeup is allowed for young ladies if it is age-appropriate and used with discretion. (Light mascara, powder blush, lip gloss, or light lipstick)
7. NO CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, or CELL PHONE CAMERAS are allowed backstage!
8. PHOTOGENIC AWARD: Please submit your photo with your entry form and fee. Photos will not be accepted on the day of the pageant. Photos should be natural only (lightly retouched by your photographer is acceptable).
9. In each division, we will award Queen, 1st runner up, and 2nd runner up. Further awards will be at the discretion of the directors.
10. JUDGING: Judges will be looking for facial beauty, personality, stage presence, confidence, poise, and overall appearance. The pageant will choose qualified and impartial judges and their names will not be released before the pageant.
11. Score sheets will NOT be given out or made available at any time. All decisions of the judges are final.
12. Good conduct and sportsmanship are always expected during the pageant and throughout the reign of each winner. Bad sportsmanship from a contestant, family member, or supporter will result in disqualification and/or relinquishing of that title as well as being banned from all future pageants at the Grant County Fair. Unbecoming conduct and bad language will NOT be tolerated.
13. Contestants in baby king, baby queen, future queen, and toddler queen must be accompanied onstage by a chaperone. Contestants in teeny miss may have a chaperone onstage without any deduction of points. Contestants must compete their age on the day of the pageant.
14. The Grant Co. Fair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please treat the facility with the utmost respect and clean up after yourself when the competition is over. Those leaving behind excessive trash or mess may be disqualified from future events.
17. The Directors reserve the final and absolute right to interpret these rules and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions, and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of or connected with any incident surrounding the contest, and the right to amend or add to these rules as their judgment may determine. Any contestant who fails to abide by any of the above rules can be disqualified from the competition by the Directors.
