Former Student Sighting! Lakaia Andrews! I only taught Lakaia a couple of years, and in those short years she made a big impact in class and on my stage. Very intelligent, in my classroom, Lakaia was a serious student who approached music theory & lessons with a sharp mind and focused attentiveness. Participating in everything, she topped her 5th grade performance year out as being one of the coveted "flower dancers" in our "Who Pushed Humpty?" musical. Great to see you, Lakaia! S 2017-2019

Former Student Sighting! Taylor Dintaman! Pure fun and joy is how I remember Taylor! She always went all out when participating in class & performing on stage...a solid performer who I could always count on helping lead the other students. She was especially fun to photograph at Buddy Night Sap Festival...so many expressions! It was great to see you, Taylor!💜

Former Student Sighting! Brooklynne Pung! Another Mother & Daughter duo that I taught! I already have featured Mom last November when I spotted her! (Alisha Pung) Brooklynne was a blast to have in class! Super spunky, constantly smiling, with loads of talent and energy on stage! Unfortunately, Covid limited the photos & performances during her last 2 years with me...but I am thrilled to see that she has continued performing & excelling in Middle & High School! S 2015-2021

For years I enjoyed having my students periodically perform Western shows as well as creating Wanted Posters with my 5th graders...encouraging them to create themselves as characters who lived in actual ghost towns in the west. It seemed like such fun, so I created some Wanted Posters for some of my fellow staff who were game to go along with me! I know there were more that I made, just not sure where they are....

Former Student Sighting! Natasha Leffingwell! Natasha's years with me included 2 maternity leaves, so I wasn't there to take many photos, however, when I was teaching between and after leaves, Natasha stepped up and participated in all classroom activities as well as proving herself to be a delightful stage performer in her many roles & speaking parts over the years! Former Student Sighting! Madison Muniz! Madison was a fantastic Music student and a pleasure to have in my class. She eagerly participated in all aspects of my classes, with her 5th grade year including a fun group dance number in our talent show! I think Madison is the only student who I photographed every year that I took pics at the Maple Syrup Festival...somehow we always seemed to run into each other, regardless of the time each of us showed up! Former Student Sighting! Whitney Virginia! Quincee found Whitney working as his Veterinarian Receptionist! From the first year I taught Whitney, she was a tiny, bright, enthusiastic, & joyful student & performer! Quick to learn the music and choreography, Whitney stepped up to participate in every musical challenge...topping off my final year with her as a Rootin'-Tootin' Pig in "Old McDonald Had a Jazzy Farm!" Former Student Sighting! Ethan Deming! My most entertaining sighting! What a joy to see and hear a former student excel in the subject that you taught him! Ethan was a sweet student who from Kindergarten stood out to me as a spotlight performer. In 1st grade he was the "man in the cabin"...3rd grade was one of the leading singers in a small-group choral spot...4th grade secured a solo...& 5th grade had a speaking part & ran the curtains.
