What an incredible display of sportsmanship!
Coming into the finals, Clay sat at the # 1️ spot, with Coy just behind him at # 2️ – only $155.10 separating the two. Despite the tight competition, Coy showed what true friendship and respect in rodeo are all about by quite literally having Clay's back when he did what he needed to do to earn his title as the 2024 Steer Wrestling Champion.

We couldn’t ask for a better weekend. Placing first in the second round with a 3.9 on Diesel with Joshua Hefner hazing on Tuff. These 2 horses have placed on 5 out of 7 runs in the last two weeks.

With his first time riding Diesel, Eli Troyer places in the second round of the Lonestar National Finals in Shelbyville, TN with 5.5. Lining him out on the hazing side is Joshua Hefner on Tuff. We are really proud of all the Beef Slingers and look forward to seeing everyone down the road again.

Proud of our friend Eli Troyer for getting it done at IFR55! Coming home with a round win, second in the average and was the all around champion of the finals! Way to sling some beef Eli!
