The City of Sanford Appearance Commission is seeking artists for a new public art mural in Downtown Sanford. This exciting project will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Sanford Rotary Club and is part of several art initiatives to enhance public spaces.
The mural will be installed on the west-facing wall of 529 Wicker Street, covering 660 square feet. Individual artists and teams are encouraged to apply, but you must be a North Carolina resident or have been born and raised in the state.
📌 Proposals must be submitted by May 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
