We get to witness a day that people spend a lifetime remembering.✨

We’re invited into some of life’s most meaningful moments — the happy tears, the deep breaths, the quiet glances, the laughter, and the love shared between family and friends.

To bring calm to the day, protect the little moments, and give our couples the freedom to be fully present is an honor I will never take for granted.

Because while it may be a
workday for us, it’s one of the most important days of their lives.

And being trusted to be part of it is truly something special. 🤍

There’s nothing quite as special as a celebration where the people you love most are in the same place at the same time. ⏳🫂

Here at Uptown Indigo, we believe the most beautiful moments begin with a empty room waiting for laughter to echo through it’s walls.
For hands to be held, hearts to be full, and love to fill every corner .

✨Watching our clients - who become our friends, create lifelong memories with hearts and venue full is why we do what we do.

Some weddings just hit differently. 🤍

Ethen and Alex’s wedding was one of those for us.
Ethen was part of the Uptown Indigo team from the very beginning—one of us, through and through. He’s one of the kindest, hardest-working people you could ever have the privilege of knowing, so getting to watch him marry Alex in a space that means so much to all of us was incredibly special.

Every detail felt intentional and romantic.
Great Motion WHERE VISIONS COME TO LIFE Photography captured the day beautifully, while our in-house design studio, Indigo Design, brought the tablescape to life and Screen Door Diaries ScreenDoor Diaries | Wedding Planning + Floral Design transformed the stairs all the way to the rooftop with their exquisite drapery work.

Ethen and Alex, thank you for letting us be part of such a meaningful chapter. It was an honor to celebrate you both in a place that feels like home. ✨

🎧 Blind reacting with Riley & Kayla because we needed to settle the age-old question: What’s the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?

Here’s the truth: at Uptown Indigo, we can do BOTH. ✨

But we’ll never do both at the same time—because they are two beautifully different roles, and each deserves the attention, expertise, and care it requires. 🤍

Your venue coordinator is there to make sure the venue runs seamlessly. Your wedding planner is focused on bringing your entire wedding day vision to life—from the big picture to every tiny detail.

Different hats. Different responsibilities. Same goal: a beautiful, stress-free wedding day. 🥂
