At Underground Dance Company, we believe great dancers are built through strong training. Our program emphasizes proper technique, strength, flexibility, and skill development to create a solid foundation that supports success in ALL styles of dance. We are passionate about helping dancers grow not only as performers, but as confident, hardworking individuals both inside and outside the studio.

For 20 years, we’ve seen firsthand what dedicated training can do, and we’re proud to continue that tradition as we head into Season 21!

We have seen firsthand over the years what consistent training, extra dedication, and a willingness to put in the work can do for a dancer. Our training program is designed to help dancers build strong technical foundations, confidence, and versatility. Progress doesn’t happen by chance… it comes from showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

These two dancers have truly gone above and beyond this season, dedicating extra time each week to additional technique and tap technique classes on top of their required training. Their commitment, perseverance, and passion for improving their craft have not gone unnoticed.

The curtain may have closed on our recital for Season 20, but we’re not quite done reliving the magic! ✨

Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing some of our favorite recital memories, behind-the-scenes moments, and unforgettable performances that made our 20th Anniversary Recital so special. 🖤

And just like that… our 20th Annual Recital has come to a close. 🤍🖤

As we stood on stage Saturday surrounded by our dancers, we couldn’t help but reflect on what an incredible journey this season has been. From the first class in September to the final bow, every moment has been filled with growth, dedication, laughter, friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing teachers who pour their hearts into every dancer, our incredible volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, our unmatched Prop Crew who help bring our visions to life, our dance families who trust us with their children year after year, and our alumni who continue to support and cheer on the next generation of UDC dancers.

To every dancer who stepped onto our stage this season thank you for sharing your talent, passion, and love of dance with us. You are the reason we do what we do.

As we celebrate the end of our 20th season, our biggest thank you goes to all of you. Every family, every dancer, every volunteer, every teacher, every alumni, every supporter… you are what makes Underground Dance Company feel like home.

Today is more than Recital Day. It’s the celebration of 20 years of memories, friendships, hard work, growth, and a love of dance that has touched so many lives.

To every dancer, teacher, volunteer, alumni, and family who has been part of this journey—thank you for helping make these 20 years so special.

Now it’s time to take the stage and make some more memories. ✨🖤

We are so proud of all the hard work, growth, smiles, and memories made this year. Watching our dancers build confidence, friendships, and a love for dance is what it’s all about!

Now it’s time for the big finale… 🩰✨
