220 Superwash is fully restocked in the most beautiful spring shades!

Machine washable and tumble dry friendly, this yarn is perfect for gifts, baby knits, and projects that need to stand up to everyday use. Personally, I think these colors would make an absolutely gorgeous spring blanket.

I took a little walk around the shop to find some nature to pair with these shades, and everything is green or in bloom, it's wonderful! My favorite has to be color 905 Celery, it is new to the shop and the perfect soft spring green.

Join us today for Local Yarn Store Day! Come smell the flowers, squish the yarn, and enter a raffle while you're here. We are debuting a special shop colorway dyed by just for us. It captures our store colors beautifully and absolutely glows in the sunlight.

Pattern featured is the Pressed Flowers Kerchief by Amy Christoffers knit in our special shop color "Love the Yarn You're With" for the main color and Purl & Post undyed base "Birthday Suit" for the contrast.

Hop in this Easter! We’re open our Sunday regular hours, 12–4 PM.

We just had a full-on Easter miracle: a HUGE Nor’ Easter restock from Kingdom Fleece & Fiberworks. Like, actual bags of yarn straight from the mill. We also snagged some gorgeous pencil roving while we were at it.

And because that wasn’t enough, I made a stop at Singing Spindle Spinnery to load up on more spinning fibers and fresh drop spindles.

So swing by Sunday, treat yourself to some Nor’ Easter, or get ready to spin into spring with all the fiber goodness - yes, including Angora rabbit (pictured above).

Kelbourne Woolens has a fantastic trunk show program, and for the next week we’re featuring a variety of sweaters and accessories knit in Scout, available to see and feel in the store.

Scout is a 100% wool, DK-weight, hand-wash yarn that’s wonderfully soft and looks beautiful in both stockinette and textured stitches.

We brought Scout into the store in November 2025 but haven’t yet had the chance to knit a shop sample. This trunk show is the perfect opportunity to gather inspiration for what we should make, and it’s safe to say we need at least two samples, one colorwork and one cabled.

If you’ve been looking for a reason to stop by, this is a great one. Come visit within the next week to see and feel Scout for yourself.
