Our directors and actors have been bringing top quality shows all season, and Hairspray is guaranteed to be nothing short of brilliant. Don't miss this opportunity to join this amazing cast of creators.

🎤 Audition Dates & Times
• May 28 & 29: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• May 30: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Who Can Audition?
Anyone age 16 and older is welcome to audition
(Exception: Little Inez, ages 10+)

📋 Audition Requirements
• Complete the audition form at: forms.gle/LBC1pBizu5H6CfKw8
• After submitting, follow the link provided to sign up for an audition time
• Bring a headshot and resume
• Prepare a 30-second to 1-minute monologue
• After submitting the form, you’ll receive a PDF via email with:
– Character breakdowns

Celebrate homegrown talent as two of the Shoals’ most exciting rising artists take the stage. Blending country roots, soulful storytelling, high-energy performances, and fresh original music, Kirbi and Bay Simpson offer a concert experience music lovers of all ages can enjoy.

Come see what made America fall in love with both of them as contestants on The Voice.

Kirbi Music is a Florence native and Nashville-based country-pop artist known for her strong vocals and honest songwriting. Her growing catalog of original music is building momentum far beyond the Shoals.

Bay Simpson blends Southern rock, Americana, and country into a sound that feels both classic and fresh. A Shoals native, and part of a local music royal family, Bay is quickly becoming one of North Alabama’s rising artists.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the people who came out to see MEAN GIRLS this weekend. The audiences were AMAZING and brought so much fun and energy to the show.

Most of all, THANK YOU for supporting LIVE LOCAL THEATRE at The Ritz AND all the other amazing venues in town. The ARTS cannot survive without supporters and you all showed up and showed out this weekend. You made the hard work pay off and we are grateful.

We can’t wait to do it all again in July with, “A Chorus Line”.
