We officially have a 2026–2027 General Fundraiser Coordinator! Please help us welcome Laramie Isley! 🤠

Laramie and his wife, Tiffany, are stepping up to help us get organized in the fundraising department and keep everything moving throughout the season. We’re still going to need all of y’all to jump in, participate, and help raise those funds — but Laramie and Tiffany are going to help keep us organized and on track!

🎉 GREAT NEWS! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that Lindsay Emerson will be stepping into our Fundraiser Jackpot Coordinator position! Thank you, Lindsay, for volunteering to take this on! 🤠

This position plays an important role in helping MRCA raise additional funds through our fundraiser jackpots throughout the season.

📣 We still need a General Fundraiser Coordinator!

Our Fundraiser Coordinator helps organize and oversee our other fundraising efforts throughout the year — 50/50 raffles, silent auctions, bake sales, concessions, and more. Basically, someone willing to herd the cats and help keep us organized! 😂

This position is CRUCIAL to MRCA. Our fundraising efforts are what help us:

💰 Keep entry fees low
💰 Keep membership fees low
🚫 Avoid additional dues and fees
🏆 Provide AWESOME year-end awards for our kids!

The more we can raise throughout the season, the less we have to ask from our families.

If you’re organized, willing to help, and would like to be part of making this season great, please reach out to Summer Lyons or any MRCA board member about the Fundraiser Coordinator position!

Following a recent update from the Po***ck family, Mayli has returned to OU Children's hospital for additional surgery.

We are asking that you take a few moments to join us all in prayer for the medical team, successful surgery, rapid and comfortable recovery, and mostly complete healing of our amazing Mayli.

As the new board continues working behind the scenes we are getting inquiries about membership applications & new season inquires. We are working to get all this coordinated as soon as possible and should have updated info after our first official board meeting.

Clean those chaps, 55 days until rodeo!!

Our association works because we have amazing families working it! So we need your help now! Please consider the following positions that might fit your skills and reach out to a board member.

Sponsorship Coordinator: person organizes sponsorship efforts, acquires sponsors and ensures follow through on recognition.

Fundraiser coordinator: person organizes fundraisers (eg concession, 50/50, jackpots, etc).

Awards coordinator: start working on end of year awards

Points Coordinator: starts tracking points from rodeo 1 and shares points tracking system online

Finals coordinator: organizing family events, volunteer sheets, announcer sheets such as contestant bios, special recognitions, and etc.
