We need your help to make this fundraiser a success!

📅 Choose a day (or multiple days) on the calendar and donate the dollar amount that matches that date.

Examples:

Every dollar raised helps support MRCA Finals awards, prizes, and opportunities for our contestants.

🤠 Another Great MRCA Rodeo Weekend in the Books! 🤠

Thank you to all of our contestants, parents, volunteers, board members, judges, stock contractors, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this weekend a success. It takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes, and we are grateful for everyone who contributes their time and effort to make MRCA such a special organization.

We continue to be blessed with an incredible rodeo family and a group of young contestants who represent our association well both in and out of the arena.

And on this Father’s Day, we’d like to give a special thank you to all of the dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who spend countless hours hauling horses, fixing equipment, offering encouragement, and supporting their kids’ rodeo dreams. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.

❤️ Happy Father’s Day to all of the amazing fathers in our MRCA family!

Safe travels home, and we’ll see everyone at the next rodeo! 🐎

📣 MRCA Member Meeting Announcement 📣

There will be an important MRCA Members Meeting on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM.

The primary topics of discussion will be fundraising and Finals planning, and we strongly encourage all members and parents to attend if possible.

We understand this is short notice, which is why we are providing additional options for those who cannot be there.

✅ If you are unable to attend Saturday morning, please contact Amanda Donaho sometime over the weekend to discuss the information being presented.

✅ For those who cannot attend or connect with Amanda over the weekend, a second members meeting covering the same topics will be held on Saturday, July 11th, in Pauls Valley.

These discussions are important to the success of our Finals and future fundraising efforts, so we encourage everyone to participate through one of the options above.

Please take a moment to check the list and make sure your order form is completed and turned in before leaving the rodeo grounds on Sunday.
