Hi y'all!
As you can see I haven't made anything new in a while.
I have containers of supplies lining every single wall in my apartment. After 20+ years of creating, I'm limited now as to what I can do, due to arthritis in my hands.
Soooo, my "plan" over the next couple of months, is to get everything together in large baggies and set up my Etsy page again to sell my supplies.
I have almost every color of authentic seaglass that I personally found on the beaches of Monterey, California. (Even some sweet rare red collector pieces 😀).
Some I've drilled holes in and many have not been drilled, however if someone wants them drilled there will be an extra charge to cover the cost of the diamond tip drill bits and my time. (A lot of people ask me how to drill the glass and I'm going to attempt at some point to do a video on how to do it). I may even sell the bits as a convenience.
Everything on this page has been sold already, but could give you an idea of some of the things I may be selling as far as parts are concerned.
I have a lot of sheet copper that I will be cutting out large shapes from. Like butterflies, flowers, dragonflies, words. The list goes on. I also have a lot of copper tubing. For those concerned about how they patina over time, I will NOT be clear coating anything. I prefer a patina. I will offer tips and tricks to get the desired color of your patina if desired. Also cleaning tips. All shapes will be hand-cut by me and refined so there are no sharp edges.
I may also make beginner kits that will include the focal piece, tubing and beads, wire etc. (Or pre-drilled seaglass) They will be ready to assemble with instructions.
I'm not trying to make a profit on this stuff, just wanting to make back the money I spent on these items. The shipping cost will probably be more than the actual items.
I'll keep you posted as to when this will all take place. The goal is to clear it all out to make room for a less painful hobby. 😀
