ntly located within KC Metro close to shopping and entertainment as well as access to major highways linking us to the airport, the Plaza or any local destination! Our Board of Directors consists of up to 21 volunteer board members and officers that are elected at our annual board meeting. The annual meeting also provides the opportunity for the community to gather to discuss policies and regulations, upcoming changes and events or to volunteer for committees. The continuing influence of the HOA is a vital force in sustaining property values, maintaining common areas and upholding the character and qualities of our community. Pflumm Woods has semi-annual garage sales and an annual BBQ / Picnic so everyone can get together to visit with their neighbors. Knowing your neighbors not only makes our community a friendly place to live, it creates an unstructured type of neighborhood watch. This page was developed and is maintained by the Pflumm Woods HOA on a volunteer basis and is intended to provide current and perspective residents with useful information about our community.
