In a video I never thought I’d have to make, Nerd Nation has been permanently banned from TCGplayer.

After 7 years of buying and selling on the platform, a single transaction led to a lifetime ban with no warning, and no chance for appeal. In this video, I’m sharing the full story of what happened - from a dispute over card condition to a return process that left us without the cards or the money - and the one mistake I made that triggered the ban.

If you’re a TCGplayer seller or buyer, please watch this as a warning. The platform's current return and communication policies can leave small businesses incredibly vulnerable.
