🗣 I am 25 with the life experience of someone 5x my age, and at this point I’ve come to realize how those lessons make us all great!
The trials we’ve experienced don’t make us “crazy”.. they are lessons we learn in our own individual way.
I’d like you to listen to myself and others share our stories and answer questions given by YOU, in order to identify mental health traits, work on self health, and grow.
It has always been my dream to give my family something to be proud of, and I think this is the start of it!
