NEW! New paintings and drawings by Lisa Marie Jakab are officially at the gallery 🥂 Lisa's works are like no other -- each is a different experiment of color, mark-making, and durability. You can see how intense she applies colored pencil to paper!

When showing me some of the miniature works on paper, Lisa said "I have to keep them small so I can get my idea out and then move onto my next idea sooner." It's rare to see a large work by Lisa, but that doesn't mean they don't exist! We have one large 30x48 inch painting currently at the gallery. If you think these small pieces are complex, wait until you see this large painting.

Friday framing feature: delicate botanical art 🌷 The history of botanical art is astounding, if you aren't familiar. Last year, Mark took a deep dive into botanical art and we learned a lot about our collection (did you know we have flat files full of original drawings?) Framed in a delicate gold closed corner frame with a custom, hand-wrapped linen mat, this unique piece of history can live on for eternity!
