Just finished a new 9x12 watercolor painting titled "Casey's Dock" from my 'Images of the Past' series of paintings drawn from historic black and white photographs.
The image is of fishing dories tied to the dock at Unga Village, Unga Island Alaska. The original black and white photo this image is drawn from is undated, but predates WW2.

This original watercolor painting has been SOLD!

I am honored to have been involved in restoring this historical sign that hangs on the face of the cannery at Squaw Harbor, Alaska. A huge Thank You to Ted Morehouse for turning over this great responsibility to me for restoring a piece of history! It was a painstaking step by step process with up to four coats of paint on each color coat

After many many hours of work, uptime and downtime, I am proud to present my latest painting! Its a special commission for a friend titled "Eagle of Petersburg". Its part of my "Images of the Past" series of watercolor paintings inspired by real black and white historical fishing photos. I am currently open to do a special commission piece! I'll be working on tidying up some work in progress art pieces for my next presentation! Thank you for looking, and enjoy!

Working on a custom commission piece for a friend. 22x30 watercolor. Still applying washes to the sky and land, and just got the first wash applied to the water. once the background is all finished, and the reflections painted in, the boat will be painted last. Still a long ways to go on this one! Stay tuned for more progress as time goes along!

I just finished a new Permian era creature, Titanophoneus potens! This Dinocephalian carnivore was one of the apex predators of the Isheevo formation during the Capitanian era of the Permian, in a part of what is now Russia. I will post this model for sale soon on ebay! Keep your eyes on this post for updates!

Just finished my latest Permian era synapsid sculpture, 1:10 scale Cotylorhynchus! The coloration is based off of a Galapagos Islands land iguana. The figure is made from super sculpey standard and firm types of clay over a wire armature. Please message me if you would like to purchase this figure!

Hello everyone! It has been a long while since I have posted any updates, and I am happy to announce that I am offering more types of artworks for people to buy and enjoy! I'll be posting new sculptures of Prehistoric Animals and Dinosaurs, as well as possibly doing some paintings as well, in addition to my maritime artwork!
