The Concordia IMPROVables is a campus organization at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska which specializes in Improvisational Theatre. Throughout the school year, the IMPROVables put on multiple shows for the CUNE community. During the spring semester, the IMPROVables put on their annual 24-hour IMPROVathon, during which the members of the IMPROVables do a 24-hour long showcase of Improvisat

ional Theatre for both the Concordia and Seward communities. For the IMPROVathon, the group selects one cause or organization for which they raise money or goods to donate. The IMPROVables meet on Monday and Thursday nights throughout the academic year at CUNE from 9:30 pm until 11 pm. The group meets in the Black Box Studio Theatre in the basement of the Music Building at Concordia. All who are interested in learning the basics of Improvisational Theatre as well as all those who would like to further their skills in that area are welcome to join the rehearsals. Recently the Improvables have started doing a couple shows at the community theatre in Seward called Olde Glory Theatre! This has been fun community outreach and will hopefully grow this theatre in the future!
