🪓 $50,000 — OR BEST OFFER. Motivated sellers, all serious offers considered!
Timber Ridge Axe Throwing has been a local favorite in Seneca, SC for 5+ years. It’s fully built, licensed, and ready to run — we just need it in the hands of an owner who can give it the time it deserves.
What’s included:
✅ 13 fully built axe-throwing lanes (targets, dividers, safety cages)
✅ Approved kitchen for food & drink service
✅ Custom mobile axe-throwing trailer — rent it out at weddings, festivals, corporate parties & more
✅ Full furnishings, TVs, air hockey, board games — set up for private parties up to 99 people
✅ POS system already installed and running
✅ Active Facebook/Instagram presence + a customer list of ~9,500 people
✅ Existing leagues, tournaments, and gift card program
What it’s worth: Building something like this from scratch — the lanes, kitchen, mobile trailer, furnishings, and systems — would reasonably run $75,000–$117,000. We’re asking $50,000, well under replacement cost, and we mean it when we say OR BEST OFFER — bring us a serious offer and let’s talk.
Lease: Several years remaining, and the landlord is open to renegotiating terms directly with the new tenant.
Why we’re selling: We took this over last August, but our day jobs don’t leave enough time to run it the way it deserves. The setup and demand are already here — it just needs a hands-on owner.
Minutes from Clemson University (20,000+ students, 500,000+ annual visitors) and the growing Lake Keowee area.
Serious inquiries only — message us for details and to set up a walkthrough. $50,000 OBO! 🪓

Why it's for sale: We took this business over last August, but our day jobs just don't leave enough time to give it what it needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who can be hands-on. More hours, more events, more marketing — the demand and setup are already here.

Location perks: Minutes from Clemson University (20,000+ students, 500,000+ visitors a year for games and events) and close to the growing Lake Keowee area, which keeps bringing in new residents and visitors. Seneca's population and downtown are both on the rise.
