And last but not least for our musical entertainment is The Noble Rebels who will be entertaining us from 6:30pm until just before the fabulous fireworks on Sunday, July 6th at People’s Park Gazebo. Noble Rebels is a danceable, 5-piece band playing music with flavors of roots, rock, rockabilly, country, and blues. Featuring Michael George Gonzalez (acoustic guitar + vocals) with Doug Henrie (upright bass) and James Ralls (drums), and Perry Cleveland (electric mandolin and vocals) And a regional favorite and special guest, Mark Nanni, to light up the keyboard! Come out and dance and enjoy and then stay for the fireworks display!

Something new will be happening at Canal Fest this year and we need you to sign up to be a seller! The plan is for our community Swap Meet to be filled with collectibles, antiques, vintage finds, toys, household treasures, memorabilia, and bargain hunting opportunities. But we need you to help provide these types of items and make some money for the summer.

The Swap Meet gives visitors the chance to browse unique items, discover hidden treasures, and connect with sellers and collectors from across the region in a fun and relaxed outdoor setting.

Join us Sunday, July 5th from 3:00pm-5:00pm at People’s Park Gazebo for Jorge Cuevas & The Caribe Jazz All-Stars. They will entertain you with Latin influenced jazz at it's finest and will be playing the sounds that make America move - the merengue, the salsa, the samba, the cha-cha, and the bachata. Annie Ol' Thyme starts off our Saturday, July 4th musical lineup from 1pm-3pm at People’s Park Gazebo. Annie Ol' Thyme is a fun-lovin' trio of singer/songwriters/musicians who perform a mix of original and traditional tunes! Their recipe for a great performance - a cup of song writing, a dash of sass, add an extra large portion of three-part harmony. Then stir in bluegrass, country, originals along with fiddle, guitar, and mandolin for instrumental flavor. Come out and enjoy this musical trio.

The first band to perform at Canal Fest will be Frank & Julie from 6pm-9pm on Friday, July 3rd at People’s Park Gazebo. Frank & Julie Band play a rockin’ mix of classic rock, reggae, blues, and funk. After touring the world with the Black Uhuru, guitarist Frank Stepanek has returned to CNY to liven up stages throughout the area. Get ready to rock and dance the night away!
