From Our Community to National Champions! 🏆

In July, we shared Rich and Gaby’s story as they represented Team USA at the 2026 World Boccia Challenger. Now, we’re excited to celebrate an incredible achievement:

Rich and Gaby Abreu are the 2026 USA Boccia National Champions in both the Individual and Pairs divisions! 🥇

Boccia is a Paralympic precision sport where athletes aim to throw, roll, or kick balls closest to a target ball, called the jack.

We’re especially proud that their journey has included the Seminole Recreation Center, from having a place to train to the support and encouragement of our staff and community along the way.

We’re kicking off our 5-week concert series with the Chris Robert Band!
