I've been to many, left right and center. No matter which, seeing dogs is probably my favorite thing.

A pop up protest hosted by Williamsport 50501 was held in Williampsort on the evening of Tuesday, April 7th in response to social media posts made by President Trump regarding actions in Iran.

A couple dozen people came out on this chilly evening bearing signs and high energy as they shared their disdain with current events involving military operations in Iran.

No Kings 3 happened yesterday (Saturday, March 28th, 2026)

This was the third installment in a series of protests featuring people airing their displeasure at the active administration, current events, and state of the nation.

The crowd was numerous, attendants were energetic, speakers stood to share their stories and encouragement, performers played music, and people displayed their various signage.

Aside from some occasional gusts of high wind, and chilly temperatures, and a parking ticket (I should have paid more attention 😅) it ended up being a peaceful demonstration in Harrisburg, PA on this day.

At No Kings 3 in Harrisburg, PA

Additional nation wide protests are being planned at various location towards the end of March. Another round of No Kings demonstrations in hopes of speaking out against the current administration.

We'd love to see you in Harrisburg on March 28, but there are also many other options in our region. You could even attend more than one!

An anti-war protest: "No War with Iran" was hosted by the Harrisburg Palestine Coalition on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at 4:00pm.

On this chilly afternoon, demonstrators gathered to protest military operations against Iran by the United States and Israel. They accosted non-congressional acts of war, endangerment of US servicemembers, colonialist actions, and civilian casualties during recent strikes by the administration. Protestors displayed signs, sung chants, and hosted several speakers that spoke out against these recent events.

The Harrisburg Palestine Coalition intends to hold additional rallies in the Central PA region in the near future.

Last night marks the second week of protests outside the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. City Government Center in Harrisburg, PA as people gathered to protest ICE.

On the evening of February 10th, the Harrisburg Palestine Coalition hosted their second round of "ICE OUT OF HARRISBURG" protests, with a third planned for next Tuesday at 5:30pm as well.

The protests are planned at times during Harrisburg City Council meetings, to show support for legislation that would keep ICE out of Harrisburg.

The Liverpool Volunteer Fire Company shared news about possible changes to the Fire and EMS coverage areas for Susquehanna Township in Juniata County, PA; and urge residence to attend upcoming Susquehanna Township meetings to seek additional information and ask questions regarding the proposed changes.

Below is the letter shared by the Liverpool Volunteer Fire Company (1st Image), and a statement shared by the Susquehanna Township, Juniata County page from the Susquehanna Township, Juniata County Board of Supervisors (2nd Image).

The Township's Press Release advises that such a topic is not on the current agenda for this monthly township meeting, having not collected necessary information to review these changes. And that collaboration would first occur with parties involved.

ICE Out of Harrisburg 2, sponsored by Students Against ICE, Harrisburg Palestine Coalition, and Party for Socialism and Liberation.
WE’RE NOT DONE!! The Harrisburg City Council is in the process of bringing legislation forward to address the city’s relationship with ICE. The legislation is currently in legal review, so we are rallying again on Tuesday, February 10 at 6PM to call on the city to move it out of review and introduce it at the next city council meeting.
Our calls to action for city officials remain the same:
1. To formally and permanently cut ALL ties with ICE, including ‘mandated’ reporting of individuals following HPD interactions.
2. To pass legislation assuring that the city will ACTIVELY PROTECT community members from ICE raids, detention, harassment, and terror.
3. To cease ALL city projects designed to increase surveillance and give more power to HPD to monitor, control, or otherwise restrict the freedoms of city residents.
Join us on Tuesday, and every Tuesday until the City of Harrisburg does what needs to be done to keep our community safe.
