This Sunday at the Guitar Masters concert, Valisa May Higman, Artist Valisa will have her new artwork on display! Here’s a note from her:

“Pieces WILL NOT be for sale, but simply on display for viewing before I pack them up and carry them away to Seward. This will be a chance to share them with my community before they find their homes. I have been working really hard this year to put this collection together, and the hardest part has been not sharing them with my biggest supporters (Seldovia and my on-line community). Tickets for the concert are available at the door, details are in the first photo, and artwork will be up only for the concert. There will be information on how to contact the gallery for purchases. Thank you Seldovia Arts Council for allowing me to display my work during the show!”

Mark your calendars!! Music music music floating with the tides on the Seldovia Slough both Friday and Saturday nights next weekend. And a 10 Mile running/cycling race from Jakalof dock to Seldovia harbor!! Busy days July 25th and 26th is Seldovia.

Also, this year the Seldovia Bay Ferry is making a special later departure from Seldovia on Friday the 25th (6:00pm) and Saturday the 26th (6:30pm) so that concert-goers can return those nights. Book your tickets soon!

MUSIC all day today! Starting with a SONG CIRCLE at 10:00 at the pavilion, then WORKSHOPS all afternoon at the school, then PERFORMANCES starting at 5:00pm!!
