It’s hard to put into words what this season has meant to us. 🥰✨

A dance season is about so much more than classes, costumes, and performances. It’s about the friendships that grow, the confidence that’s built, the challenges that are overcome, and the moments that shape our dancers both on and off the stage.

This year was filled with countless memories we’ll carry with us for years to come. From the smallest victories to the biggest milestones, every moment played a part in making this season so special.

As we close this chapter, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the people who make FootLites what it is. The dancers who inspire us, the families who support us, the staff who pour their hearts into this studio, and the community that continues to cheer us on year after year.

Thank you for being part of another beautiful season.

Our hearts are full, and we already can’t wait to see what next year brings. 💗✨

🎭✨ It’s Recital Day! ✨🎭

The day we’ve all been waiting for is finally here!

After months of classes, rehearsals, costume fittings, and countless hours of hard work, our dancers are ready to take the stage and share everything they’ve been working toward. We are so proud of each and every one of them and cannot wait to celebrate their dedication, growth, and love for dance today. 💜

As you prepare for the show, please take a few moments to review all recital information, including arrival times, parking, theatre guidelines, and other important reminders to help make the day run as smoothly as possible. We’ve also included a virtual walkthrough of the venue to help you familiarize yourself with the theatre before you arrive.

✨ We can’t believe it’s finally here… RECITAL WEEKEND! ✨

After months of classes, rehearsals, learning choreography, building confidence, and countless hours of hard work, our dancers are just days away from taking the stage. 💖

This is the moment they’ve been working toward all year, and they cannot wait to share everything they’ve learned with you. From our tiniest dancers to our graduating seniors, every performer has poured their heart into this show, and we are so excited for you to see them shine.

✨ RECITAL DAY REMINDER + QUICK CLARIFICATION ✨

We’ve had a few questions, so we wanted to help clarify recital day timing for everyone! 🥰

Please note:
• “Arrival time” is when dancers should already be at the theater, dressed in their FIRST costume and ready to go.
• “Lineup time” is when dancers will begin lining up backstage with their class.
• The show start time is when the recital officially begins for the audience.

🕥 SHOW #1
Dancers arrive: 10:30am
Lineup begins: 11:00am
Show starts: 11:30am

🕟 SHOW #2
Dancers arrive: 4:30pm
Lineup begins: 5:00pm
Show starts: 5:30pm

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting settled backstage. We are SO excited for recital day and can’t wait to celebrate all of our amazing dancers! ✨

One Final Walk Through These Doors…

🥹🥲 we’re not crying, you are! 😭

Last night we celebrated our amazing Class of 2026 with our annual Senior Night Ice Cream Party! 🎓🍦✨

Even though a couple of our seniors couldn’t make it, we still wanted to make sure they felt all the love too. Shoutout to Terri Lynn, Bella Hollowell and Rylee O’Neal, we missed you girls and are so proud of you all! 💗🥰🫶

We can’t believe recital week is already here and graduation is happening. Watching these seniors grow into the incredible young women & men they are today has truly been the greatest gift. ✨

From tiny dancers to graduating seniors, this studio has watched them grow through every season of life. The memories, friendships, laughter, late nights, victories, and moments shared inside these walls will stay with us forever. 💗

No matter where life takes you next, FootLites will always be home. ✨💜

✨ What a season it has been for Dance Explosion ✨

From our tiniest Mini Team dancers to our Senior Elite performers, every single team brought heart, passion, growth, teamwork, and unforgettable performances to the stage this year. 💜

This season was filled with countless hours of rehearsals, challenges overcome, new skills learned, memories made, and moments that reminded us why we love dance so much. Watching these dancers grow not only technically, but also in confidence, artistry, resilience, and friendship has been so special.

We are beyond proud of every dancer, choreographer, teacher, and family who helped make this season one to remember. Thank you for cheering each other on, trusting the process, and representing Dance Explosion with so much dedication and love all season long.
