Starting March 1, this lovely corner unit in the historic hotel will be up for grabs for just $1,300, with all bills paid (minus internet).

The second-floor home is a pleasant two-block walk, out the vintage fire escape, to the Wayside & Texas Theater northward, or our charming Downtown southward.
Pecantown is a 6-min walk, the library just 8 minutes.
We're only moving out due to a parent's serious illness that requires quick relocation, else we'd very happily stay here...
