SURVIVE THE 55 FRIDAY SHOW MOVED TO SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 DUE TO WEATHER

Due to the impending weather forecast and the significant amount of precipitation expected in the area, Skagit Speedway has made the decision to move the Friday portion of the SURVIVE THE 55 IMCA MODIFIED EVENT TO SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26.

SATURDAY WILL FEATURE IMCA MODIFIEDS AND SPORTSMAN SPRINT CARS. The Survive the 55 is still on — and the $10,000-to-win purse remains unchanged.

The decision was made with the goal of providing teams and fans with the best possible opportunity to enjoy the event.

Saturday will now feature the Modified Heat Races from Friday’s Survive the 55 program, highlighted by the 55-lap IMCA Modified main event paying $10,000 to the winner, making it one of the biggest Modified events in the Pacific Northwest. Including the Sportsman Sprint car race.

Fans can expect racing action featuring some of the region's best IMCA Modified competitors battling it out for the $10,000 top prize and the prestige that comes with winning the Survive the 55 at Skagit Speedway.

HIGH LIMIT • SKAGIT NATIONALS (Part 3)

It's always a great time when HL makes the drive up to Skagit Valley. I got to see friends that were in town for the festivities, eat good food, network with new faces, and take some (decently) cool photos over the last week. Safe to say I'll be looking forward to 2027's event.

While Skagit's season is soon coming to a close, that doesn't mean KTEM goes entirely dormant... Lots of cool stuff going on behind the scenes, and maybe even some travel involved.

Grateful for those that have supported, are supporting, and continuing to support KTEM Photos. I am forever grateful for you all.
