Chef Justin Pioche's slow-braised beef cheek bites with juniper berry glaze were a study in flavor, texture, and place. Beautifully presented on an Augusta Pots ceramic vessel and adorned with seasonal handpicked flowers from Chef Brett Vibber's farm, the dish reflected Justin's thoughtful approach to cuisine, where every element served both beauty and purpose.

We're encouraged to see the Greater Sedona Chamber of Commerce reminding visitors that Sedona is open for business. As our community recovers, we're more inspired than ever to celebrate the artists, musicians, chefs, and makers who make this region so extraordinary.

Like many businesses and cultural organizations in Sedona, FLEUR was affected by the disruption surrounding the Pocket Fire. Our commitment to Arizona's creative community remains steadfast as we continue building an event that celebrates the beauty, artistry, and resilience of our region.

Guest Reflection

“Getting to experience the very first FLEUR Festival was something truly special. It was so much more than a beautiful event. It was a celebration of connection, creativity, and the stories that bring people together.

Every detail felt intentional. What stayed with me most was hearing the heart behind FLEUR. The passion for creating spaces where art, food, wine, and culture inspire genuine human connection was something you could feel in every conversation and every moment throughout the evening.

I left feeling inspired and honored to have witnessed the beginning of something I know will continue to grow.”

The hands that carve the flute are the same hands that bring it to life.

Aaron White handcrafts each of his Native American flutes, creating instruments as beautiful to behold as they are to hear. Thank you, Aaron, for sharing your artistry with FLEUR.

Aaron White brought his music to Red Rock Reserve: Southwest in Bloom. A gifted guitarist and Native American flutist who handcrafts his own flutes, his performance was one to remember. In the enchanting gardens of Essencia Farm 🤎

Every great tradition begins with a single gathering.

FLEUR was imagined as a place where art, wine, music, and cuisine might meet with elegance beneath the skies of the American Southwest, recalling the gracious salons of Europe while celebrating the creative spirit of Arizona.

To everyone who became part of this first chapter, thank you.

The story has only just begun.

À bientôt.

As daylight gave way to dusk, Canyon Reverie became a quiet expression of the great salon traditions of Europe, where art, conversation, and wine were thoughtfully reimagined within the enduring landscape of the American Southwest. An evening that invited guests to slow down, gather meaningfully, and experience Sedona as both gallery and host.
