Sedona Improv Circle - a barrel of fun and exploration - will be this Wednesday, February 5th.

If you have never been, we are a friendly group who welcome new people to learn and practice improv and come play scenes with us. We warm-up with games, review the basics of improv, and take off!

We meet from 7-9 PM at the Sedona Hub, 525 Posse Grounds Rd, across from the baseball diamond.
Suggested donation of $5.

Sedona Improv Circle -- “The Joy of Improv” will be hosted by Joy Gabriel at the Hub this Wednesday, January 15th, 7 PM.

BACK AT THE HUB! Last week was a temporary location. Sedona Hub, 525 Posse Grounds Rd, across from the baseball diamond.

Joy is a facilitator of many kinds of classes that inform her special blend of improv. She's a Be a Goddess Coach, Master Massage Therapist, breathwork practitioner and Mama Muse. As a dancer and intuitive she has studied the mind-body-spirit connection for over 25 years.

Somewhere along the way she decided it was time to be more self-expressed, so she started dipping her toes into improv. Like the hokey pokey, the more she put into it, the more she got out of it. She started learning how to open up, connect, trust and presence herself in the moment.

Joy is the queen of game night and believes that you are truly your own best entertainment. Who knew?

We will follow the format of a safe, nurturing environment where creativity is explored, expressed and ignited. Learn some new games, challenge your predictability and chart new ground for 2020. I hope you can join us for “The Joy of Improv”, where creativity hits the tarmac running and no one is left behind.

There is a suggested donation of $5.
