Hey friends~
I have been inspired by colors lately, so I started to play with some watercolor paints.
Painting had always felt somewhat stressful for me before, but this triangle meditation was so much fun!!
I have never ever imagined that I would decide to use these bright colors on any of my sketch books, and i am frankly surprised...
This message came to me when I woke at 4am this morning. It seemed like a good reminder that I was supposed to pass it on to you all.

It's spring time, the moon is full, planets are all lined up, the world is going bit coo coo and a year of fire horse....well, that's all fine and dandy, but personally inside I can feel quite anxious and always behind.
Behind...what?
So I just needed to remind myself, in case some of you out there might feel the same way.
It's not truth.
You and I both are beautiful unique flowers blooming in our own time and season :)

I've heard about innerchild healing for a while.
Honestly, i had never paid much attention until recently.
Not only my daily choices, challenges and patterns are totally dominated by wounded and eternal aspects of my inner girl, they have been absolutely mad that I had been ignoring them!
Reconnecting with the little version of me has been very important part of my personal growth as an adult (hahaha), and also butt load of fun to discover many things from them, learning from them.
This is a reminder for myself...but I will be so very happy if any of you find anything helpful or valuable in these illustrations that you can use for your lives.

Few years ago, I had an honor of being asked to create a drawing for album Beauty Way. I am ever so grateful for this opportunity.
So much has happened since then...I have been working rather quietly to create alignment in life and my true nature, my soul.
Even many things have happened and few years passed, the part of my true self that creates still remains as I was creating this art then.

一期一会 — ichigo ichie

One lifetime, One meeting.
There are kind of idioms that consist of four kanji letters in Japan called yojijukugo. Each letter has its own meaning, but all four combined gives birth to whole new, more synergistic meaning.
The first one here is ichigo ichie. This has always been my favorite, but I was reminded recently by my dear friend who has been appreciating this through her tea ceremony practice, and also going through losing her mother.
As a person who also lost her mom during her teenage years, I was so grateful to be reminded by my friend of this beautiful truth. I know that all spiritual traditions always teach us to be in the present...but ichigo ichie for me adds the preciousness of all life that I get to have in the present which also makes this moment so potent for me.
