👑🍂 LOOK WHO’S HEADED TO THE HURLOCK FALL FEST PARADE! 🍂👑

Our 2026 Little Miss Warwick Riverfest “Next Gen,” Markie Dixon, will be proudly representing Warwick Riverfest in the Hurlock Fall Fest Parade! 🌊🦆💕

The parade kicks off Saturday, Oct 3 at 10:00 AM, so be sure to find a spot along the parade route and keep an eye out for our Little Miss! 👑

When you see Markie, give her a BIG wave, a smile, and a cheer! 👋🎉 We are so excited to see her wearing her crown and sash and representing the Riverfest tradition in our neighboring community.

This is exactly what “Next Gen” is all about — getting our younger generation involved, creating memories, representing our community, and keeping those special small-town traditions alive! ❤️

🌊🦆 BECAUSE OF OUR SPONSORS, WE’RE ABLE TO GIVE BACK! 🦆🌊

As we look back on another successful Warwick Riverfest & Raft Races “Next Gen,” we want to once again say a HUGE THANK YOU to every one of our sponsors! ❤️

Your support does so much more than help us put on an incredible weekend. Because of you, Riverfest is able to continue growing, keep our traditions alive, and most importantly, give back to the community that supports us.

This year, we are proud to be able to provide TWO Captain’s Class Scholarships to help two individuals take the next step toward earning their captain’s credentials! 🚤⚓

We’ve also been fortunate enough to give back and support other local organizations and their projects, including:

❤️ Hurlock American Legion — supporting their fan project
🚒 Secretary Volunteer Fire Company — supporting their Bingo
🚒 East New Market Volunteer Fire Department — supporting their Cash Bash
🫎 Cambridge Moose Lodge 1211 — supporting their hall fan project
❤️ And continuing to be there to help local families in need

This is what “Next Gen” means to us.

It’s not just about one weekend. It’s about taking the support we receive and putting it right back into our communities. It’s about neighbors helping neighbors, organizations supporting one another, creating opportunities, and making sure the traditions we grew up with continue for another generation.

A very special thank you again to our 2026 sponsors:

⭐ Preston Ford Automotive
⭐ Shore Utilities
⭐ Cambridge Moose Lodge 1211
⭐ Ferry Point Marina
⭐ Megan Holotik – State Farm
⭐ Burke & Herbert Bank

When you sponsor Warwick Riverfest, THIS is what you help make possible. 💙

To our sponsors, volunteers, vendors, participants and everyone who showed up and supported Riverfest — thank you for believing in what we’re building.

🌊 Same river. New generation. Stronger community.

🦆⚓ Keeping our river traditions alive for the NEXT GENERATION — and giving back along the way! ❤️🤍💙

🌊🦆 WOW… WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TWO DAYS! 🦆🌊

What a weekend for Warwick Riverfest & Raft Races “Next Gen!” ❤️ We cannot begin to thank everyone enough for coming out, participating, volunteering, sponsoring, and helping us bring this Riverfest tradition into the Next Generation!

SATURDAY kicked off with our very first “Next Gen” Parade, followed by the Little Miss & Mister Warwick Riverfest Pageant! Thank you to everyone who participated in the parade and to all of our pageant participants and families.

👑 A HUGE congratulations to our 2026 Little Miss Warwick Riverfest — Markie Dixon! Markie, you were absolutely adorable and earned that Little Miss title! We can’t wait to see you representing Warwick Riverfest in the upcoming parades this fall! 💕👑

🎶 Thank you to Garrett Roe for coming out and providing the great music and equipment for our pageant. We appreciate you helping make Saturday evening so special!

Then came SUNDAY… and WOW! 🚤🫧🦆

From all the Jon Boat fun on the river to the carnival games, an ALL-DAY FOAM PARTY, kids AND adult duck races, vendors, food and everything in between — there was something happening everywhere you looked! Seeing so many families and kids enjoying the day is exactly why we wanted to bring Riverfest back as “Next Gen.”

🛍️ A huge THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR VENDORS! From our food vendors and craft vendors to the nonprofits that joined us, thank you for being part of our day and helping make Riverfest feel like a true community festival.

❤️ We also couldn't have done this without the support of our amazing sponsors:

⭐ Preston Ford Automotive
⭐ Shore Utilities
⭐ Cambridge Moose Lodge 1211
⭐ Ferry Point Marina
⭐ Megan Holotik State Farm

Your support helped make this weekend possible, and we are incredibly grateful that you chose to support our community and our river traditions.

🎧 And a HUGE THANK YOU to Buddy Bloom! Buddy dedicates his time, equipment and music to keeping Riverfest jamming all day long. We appreciate everything you do behind the scenes and on event day to keep the party going! 🎶

Putting together a big community event takes a LOT of work, but seeing Secretary packed with people, watching the kids have a blast, hearing the laughter, and receiving so much positive feedback made every bit of it worthwhile.

And hearing so many people tell us...

❤️ “THIS WAS THE BEST ONE YET!” ❤️
..means more than you know.

To our volunteers, participants, sponsors, vendors, families, visitors and everyone who shared a post, bought a duck, played a game, cheered from the shoreline or simply came out to enjoy the weekend — THANK YOU!

This little community showed up BIG. 💙

🌊🦆 Warwick Riverfest & Raft Races “Next Gen” is just getting started!
