🇺🇸☀️ LABOR DAY AT KID COVE! ☀️🇺🇸

Highlands County parents (and surrounding areas) … the kids have been back in school for approximately five minutes, so naturally we all deserve a holiday already. 😂🙌

And we’re doing something we’ve never done before!

Tomorrow there are NO TIMERS at Kid Cove! 🎉

For regular gate admission, come play from 10AM–5PM and stay as long as those babies have energy left. Two hours? Four hours? Open to close? We’re not judging. 😂

And maybe climbing, sliding and running wild isn’t on your Labor Day agenda — that’s okay too!

You don’t have to come play to have the Build-A-Buddy experience. Stop in, pick out a new friend, fluff them up, bring them to life, choose an outfit and take your newest family member home. ❤️

We just got in some ADORABLE new build a plushes up for adoption + new outfits in the gift shop, and y’all… they’re GOOD. Like “we came to look and somehow left with 3” good. 😂

And frankly… that deserves to be celebrated. 😂

So Kid Cove is doing something we’ve NEVER done before.

🌊 THE AFTER-SCHOOL
“WE SURVIVED” SPECIAL 🌊

THIS WEEK ONLY • 3–5 PM • $9.95
1 child + 1 adult.. extra kids up to 6 in a family, just $4 each 😳😳🎉🎉

Because every single day this week deserves its own little victory lap.

Tuesday: We survived the first day. 🫡
Wednesday: We remembered where pickup was.
Thursday: Someone probably forgot a water bottle.
Friday: WE HAVE OFFICIALLY EARNED THIS. 😂

Summer was LONG.

We loved them.
We made memories.
We bought approximately 4,782 snacks.

And now… SCHOOL. IS. BACK. 🙌

THE LAST HOO-RAH OF SUMMER 2026 IS TODAY🌊☀️

Tomorrow, the backpacks come out.
The alarms go off.
The lunchboxes need packed.
And somebody will absolutely say they can’t find.. SOMETHING😵‍💫

BUT NOT TODAY!!

Today….we Kid Cove. 😂🙌

🥘 Throw dinner in the crockpot.
📱 Text the group chat.
👯 Call the mom you’ve been saying you need to get together with ALL summer.
🌊 And LET. THEM. PLAY.

Come spend the last day of summer talking about whose teacher everybody got, where the kids are going, who’s excited, who’s nervous, and whether we’re all actually prepared for tomorrow.

Also cue the mom tears… summers officially over and we are handing them all back over …. Are we really ready ?!? 😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻 (I’m NOT)

Honestly, today might be the day to find one. 😂

The backpacks are mostly packed.
The school supplies are probably somewhere in the house.
And the kids still have approximately 47,000 wiggles left.

We can help with one of those problems. 😂🌊

Kid Cove is OPEN TODAY until 5 PM!

Here’s the move:

👨 Dads: Bring the kids to Kid Cove. Let them run, climb, play and burn off some of that end-of-summer energy.

🛍️ Moms: This is your moment. Hit Bealls+Belk + Rack Room Shoes, grab those last-minute back to school things you swore you already bought, wander the mall in peace… whatever needs to happen. 😂

☀️ And have you BEEN outside?!

It’s cool, dry and air-conditioned in here.
We highly recommend it.

🐢 Not coming to play? You can still stop by our Sea Friend Adoption Center and build + adopt a new sea-life bestie! No Kid Cove admission needed to adopt.
