43 Day Water Fast Part 2
I highly recommend fasting to anyone curious about trying. There are so many positive effects! It hones in your discipline, patience, and belief in yourself. Then there is all the science behind all of the benefits of autophagy and ketosis. I plan on adding more regular fasts to my life. Every time I complete one I think to myself “Wow I need to do these more often”. If you start one and need someone to yell at you not to quit Hit me up!!! I won’t let you down 😆
