Playhouse Northwest Acting School Playhouse Northwest is a traveling School. It trains actors who aspire to work professionally. They focus on education and putting the actor first.

They travel across the Pacific Northwest to help elevate acting in the community. Our goal: To have our students train in a way that allows them to live truthfully in the imaginary circumstance. We offer uninterrupted and demanding year-round training for our students. You move through the training at your own pace. In our progress Students will need to practice outside of class, This is your home work. Your progress depends on the amount of time and dedication you put into your practice. We believe this training will serve as a solid foundation, for your entire acting career. We strive to be the gym for the working actor and for those who aspire to work on their craft.

Playhouse Northwest Acting School presents….

Meisner Acting Play date.

All experience levels are welcome to attend. (Beginners included.)

When: Sunday, April 26th
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: FIT4MOM, 2707 California Ave SW, West Seattle (across from Hiawatha Park)
Tuition: $75

About the Playdate
This in-person session offers a dynamic and supportive environment for actors to learn or deepen their craft. We will begin with engaging warm-up exercises and progress into foundational Meisner work, improvisation, and cold reading skills.

Optional Details
Actors are encouraged to bring monologues or scenes they wish to explore. Advanced Meisner students are welcome to work at their specific level. Additionally, audition and résumé feedback is available upon request for those with upcoming auditions.
