Located at 234 9th Avenue N, 9th & Thomas is a center of community and activity in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood – one part boutique office building, one part gathering spot. It’s a place you can work, relax, and commune over good coffee, great art and an inspiring environment. Home to EVOKE Cafe Bar, Jack’s BBQ, Thomas Street Warehouse, and Fine Studio, 9th &

Thomas also hosts pop ups in our HQ3 storefront retail space and artists-in-residence in our lobby. Our lobby meets living room is open to the public (dogs welcome) weekdays from 7am to 6pm and weekends 8am to 4pm.

“Butter Bandit Bakery is a Q***r, Filipino-owned small-scale bakery in Seattle, WA. We do simple desserts that you all know and love - particularly cookies and rice crispy treats. But I’m a fan of genre mashup and subverting expectations - instead of classic American flavors, you’ll find lots of spice, salt, and silliness inspired by Asian flavors, farmer’s market finds, and whatever nonsense my brain cells come up with.”

🍞 MAY TENANT TREATS 🍞 This Wed, May 27th at Noon, visit the 9T lobby for a free salt bread from , a small-batch bakery crafting fresh salt bread in a variety of delicious flavors. Line up early & pick from several delicious flavors, sponsored by 9th & Thomas. Limit 1 treat per person. First come, first served.

Originating in Japan as “shio pan” (塩パン), this delicious snack began trending in Korea, where it became known as “salt bread”. In comparison to the croissant, salt bread is made with a butter block that melts into the dough, creating a crispy, fried buttery bottom, while the interior stays soft and creates the perfect space for delicious fillings.

Earth Day Tenant Treats 🌎 Visit the 9T Lobby on 4/22 at Noon for a free cream puff from ! Each cream puff is filled with a pandan pastry cream, topped with a white chocolate ganache and blob of blueberry compote. Limit 1 treat per person. First come, first served.

Pandan is a flavor widely used in the Philippines and Southeast Asia that is known for its soft and sweet grassy flavor. It’s often called the “Asian vanilla”, and provides a nice flavor base for the cream puff. It’s an eccentric shade of green, so paired with white chocolate ganache and the blueberry compote, we think it offers the perfect combination for Earth Day! Floranda aims to create delicious and inspiring foods using a combination of Filipino and western flavors that can be shared with friends, family, and community 💚
