Along the northwest coast of there is a lava formation beaten and thrashed by the ocean. The soft stone eroded revealing the dragons maw grimacing back at Mother Nature.

10,023ft up some days you can watch the sunrise off the top of Haleakalā. Some days you get to see it over the clouds and some days you get socked out. Here is my best shot and those that made this journey with me!

I haven’t posted these yet but I miss it. A month ago I arrived home from Maui, Hawaii to a completely different Seattle. It was a shocking way to come home from vacation and be thrust into a ‘new normal.’ I hope everyone is doing okay. I wanna go back to this world...
